What is your turnaround time?
My average turn around time for photo only projects is only 7-21 days from the shoot and 10-25 days for video only! After creating a custom plan for your images/video, I'll be able to give you a more specific delivery date.
Do you offer rush turnaround times?
Rush options are available if my schedule allows and we can discuss this during our first conversation! I pride myself on fast and efficient work, always, but I understand sometimes you may need your images even sooner. Rush fees may apply.
Why do I need to provide my budget when requesting a quote?
It's great for me to know your budget at inquiry so that we can discuss exactly what we can include in your custom quote. We'll chat about your goals and vision and then I'll be able to give you options both within and outside of your budget so that you can make the best decision for you and your brand! Obviously, a higher budget allows for more time, detail, props, and images so we will work together to give your business exactly what it needs.
What licensing is included in your base rate?
Paid & organic social media, website, EDM’s and digital PR are all included in my base rate. For additional licensing such as print PR, third party retailer stores and flyers, licensing can be added to your project invoice, or purchased at a later date.
How far in advance should I book in?
It's best to book 1-2 months in advanced, but clients can book further out if you know what you'll need throughout the year! Need something sooner? Just reach out and I'll let you know my availability! I'm looking forward to working with you and your amazing products!
