This ensures we can create an accurate proposal so you’ll have a clear understanding of costs and deliverables.

2. PRE-PRODUCTION
Here’s where the magic begins! My thorough pre-production process is designed to set the stage for success. I’ll guide you every step of the way and keep you involved so you know exactly what’s coming. In this stage, I:
Research your brand and target audience
Scout locations and talent
Develop creative concepts
Create a detailed shoot-day plan
Source props, storyboard, and scripts
Arrange HMUA (hair and makeup) if needed

3. SHOOT DAY
Rest easy knowing everything is in expert hands.
I handle all the details on set, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Throughout the day, you may receive previews or behind-the-scenes snapshots so you can stay updated and confident that your vision is being brought to life perfectly.
4. POST-PRODUCTION
This is where everything comes together. Your content is retouched and edited with precision to align with the approved brief.
Video: The first draft will be sent to you within 10 business days. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to make sure it’s spot-on.
Photo: Your final gallery will be ready within 7-14 business days.

Rush options are available if my schedule allows and we can discuss this during our first conversation! I pride myself on fast and efficient work, always, but I understand sometimes you may need your images even sooner. Rush fees may apply.

Paid & organic social media, website, EDM’s and digital PR are all included in my base rate. For additional licensing such as print PR, third party retailer stores and flyers, licensing can be added to your project invoice, or purchased at a later date.
What licensing is included in your base rate?
My average turn around time for photo only projects is only 7-21 days from the shoot. After creating a custom plan for your images/video, I'll be able to give you a more specific delivery date.

It's best to book 1-2 months in advanced, but clients can book further out if you know what you'll need throughout the year! Need something sooner? Just reach out and I'll let you know my availability!
